Watershed Finance is led by a qualified Chartered Accountant with deep experience across financial management, tax, and business strategy.
Trained at PwC, Willem gained deep experience across audit, financial reporting and complex group structures. Before founding Watershed, he served as Financial Manager at a Cape Town-based group of companies, overseeing the full finance function across multiple entities. Founding Watershed was his next chapter — a chance to take everything he'd learned and dedicate it to something he truly believes in.
